Governing Board

1. 1.The Governing Board consists of 5 (five) members elected from among former auditors of Albania’s Supreme Audit Institution.
2. 2.Only former auditors with no fewer than 5 years of experience at Albania’s Supreme Audit Institution may serve as members of the Association’s Governing Board. Members of the Governing Board may not simultaneously be active employees of the Supreme Audit Institution.
3. 3.The Governing Board oversees the direction and administration of the “Association of External Public Auditors”. The Governing Board decides on the Association’s organisational structure, Code of Ethics and Internal Regulations, as well as amendments to them where such amendments are requested by the majority of the Association’s regular members.
